Issue Installing Push Jobs Server on RHEL7

Sean Horn -

If you have a Chef Server installed on RHEL7 or any of our other supported platforms and find that the following is happening when using the `chef-server-ctl install` command to install the Push Jobs Server. (The RHEL6 package should install and reconfigure successfully on RHEL7), please switch to using a local
package and the system's native package installation capability. This issue however is most likely happening because the addon wrapper thing is looking for a RHEL7 specific version of the package which does not exist.

For RHEL7, you would do

 sudo rpm -Uvh opscode-push-jobs-server-1.1.6-1.x86_64.rpm

That should get you going with a working Push Jobs Server.
